has overseen state government and public affairs for BNSF Railway since 2013. As executive director, she is responsible for policy and political engagement in Texas and New Mexico, managing legislative strategy and stakeholder relations across both states. Before joining BNSF, Lindsay spent over a decade in the Texas Legislature, from 1999 to 2013, working for three members of the Texas House and two members of the Texas Senate. During her time in public service, she held various roles that allowed her to refine her expertise in legislative strategy, communications, and office management
